The service of the receptionist is they are helpful and the nurses and doctors are all helpful.

I would help it we could get appointments to see a doctor. Everyone phones 8 am to get appointment and usually cannot get through, then when we do all appointments have gone.

Being new to the practice. I have found getting appointments and seeing nurse or doctor very easy. So its less worry.

My appointment was on time with the receptionist being very helpful and courteous. The talking of blood for INR was spot on and a discussion with the practice nurse lead to a detailed medication program and a future appointment.

I do not think there was anything that could have been improved. The practice works very efficiently and everyone associated with it are enthusiastic and caring.
